Hand streamers or throw streamers are simple to use, look great and extremely easy to clean up.  The hand streamers look superb in photos and leave no mess at all as the streamers remain attached, so can be tidied up in one go.  Suitable for everyone, simply open and throw.

Instructions:
Place fingers through the ring and hold in the palm of your hand.
Tear open the outer tissue to reveal the streamers.
Throw into the air while keeping the ring over your fingers.
The streamers will cascade out from your hand in a waterfall effect. 
Simply gather the streamers back in to tidy up.
