Returns and Refunds

We want all customers to be happy with their purchase and to feel that they have had a great experience with Confetti Master. If anything you purchase from Confetti Master is faulty/defective or unusable in any way, WE WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND INCLUDING RETURN COST.

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON – For shipping purposes confetti cannons are classed as “Dangerous Goods” which means any courier must be notified what they are transporting.  They have a UN number of UN3164.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure the order is packaged correctly and returned to us in a safe and secure manner, the customer accepts liability for any damage or loss of value incurred during transit.
Once a purchase has been returned to us we are happy to give a refund, including our original shipping cost, as long as the goods are in a saleable condition.
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if you would like to return any items.
